For JRS, "Smoked in the true tradition" means 100% natural smoke, directly produced from selected beech, fir or oak woods. The RÄUCHERGOLD® purity commitment guarantees the use of selected natural primary raw materials as well as the application of exclusively mechanical and thermal production processes – without chemicals and artificial additives.


With fresh untreated wood from sustainable PEFC-certified forestry complete traceability is warranted. The smoking chips are processed aroma-fresh and perfectly fractionated in order to ensure optimum smoke production just-in-time in state-of-the-art smoking systems.
