JRS manufactures the proven RÄUCHERGOLD® smoking chips in a completely closed, certified production process according to HACCP and DIN EN ISO 9001. A special high-temperature drying process as well as continuous analyses and quality controls certify freedom from harmful substances, heavy metals and pesticides. 

Due to the constant low moisture content of approx. 13%, RÄUCHERGOLD® smoking chips guarantee optimum smoldering behavior. Soot and tar formation in the system are thus significantly reduced. Longer cleaning intervals save working time and cleaning agents. Up to 50% less downtime increases production capacity.
