Change in Business Model

With the strategy to strengthen their footprint within the Sub-Sahara region, the JRS Group proudly announces that there will be a change in the handling and servicing of the dry mortar and construction portfolios. Effective 01.01.2021 these portfolios that are currently handled by Omya-Idwala will be transitioned to the local JRS subsidiary, JRS Rettenmaier South Africa. This aligns with the JRS approach to be more customer-centric and improve customer intimacy. The Paints and Coatings portfolios will continue to be serviced by our partner, Omya-Idwala.
