Natural Fiber with well balanced dietary fiber composition gently processed from dried, juice extracted apples.
Roughly 100 apples are needed to obtain 1 kg of VITACEL® Apple Fiber. The gentle concentration of our apple fiber preserves antioxidant properties, delivers appealing color and provides a balanced ratio between soluble and insoluble dietary fiber of around 60% total dietary fiber.
