Looking back on the Dietary Fiber Conference 2026, one thing became clear: dietary fiber is moving into the spotlight.

Driven by growing consumer interest in gut health, satiety and overall wellness, dietary fiber is attracting increasing attention from both consumers and the food industry. This momentum was clearly reflected in the scientific discussions throughout the conference, with a common theme emerging: the need for more data, deeper understanding and stronger evidence to support the next generation of fiber innovation.

As interest in fiber-enriched foods and beverages continues to grow, we are excited to see how the industry, research community and consumers will shape the future of dietary fiber together.
