Egg & Meat

This Symposium is organized every two years jointly by the Working Groups 4 and 5 of the European Federation of WPSA. Such events provide a unique opportunity for scientific community, practice sector, and for all associated with the poultry sector to exchange recent advances, hot topics and upcoming challenges in the fields of the quality aspects of poultry meat, eggs and their products.
